6/11: Missed todays lift all the way around. After working 12-hours I came home for 3-hours of sleep before we drove our oldest son to a Soccer Clinic in Grandview, Mo (2.5-hours away). The Clinic was hosted by the Internation House of Prayer’s Sports Ministry http://ihop.org and lead by a fantastic soccer player and brother in Christ, Kew Jalien http://www.allsportspeople.com/soccer/people/Kew_Jaliens
Kew graciously took time out of his vacation in Florida to come and teach this free clinic.
Anyway didn’t get home until 9:00 and had to work at 12:00 so grabbed an hour & half of sleep….no lift..

6/12: Knocked out 30/30/30/10 towards my 3000 Kettlebell Swing reps for the month and will add fifty to the 13th & 14th to make up for the 11th.
Am feeling much better after getting 3.5-hours sleep this morning and hope for another 2.5 before heading to work tonight.
I have also decided to go back to living on the Warrior Diet http://www.warriordiet.com/ as outlined by Ori Hofmekler. Currently I am very unhappy with my body weight and Ori’s method of eat is the only one I have ever had sustained success with. 6-years ago I had ballooned up to 220lbs and looked like a Sea Lion, whiskers and all. Between the Warrior diet and regular training I dropped back to a healthy 185lbs. After changing my career and going to nights my diet went to pot and my weight has gone back up to the 2teens range..NOT HAPPY! So here I am adding another challenge to my plate with a goal of 185lbs again. Reports to follow!
May the Lord bless you and your house hold!

6/14: Made up for the 13th today.
30/30/30/10 + 10×10 = 200reps for the day. I am finding this month, the second of the 3000 Rep Fitness Challenge to be more difficult. Like I mentioned in an earlier entry I have to fight the “is this trip really necessary” syndrome. I would say I am learning much about myself but, ya I am already painfully aware of I hate doing the same thing over and over.

6/15: WOD 20-minute EDT session. Alternating Keglifts and Sandbag Decksquats. Completed 10×2 with Keglift @ 8×2, 2×1 on Decksquats.
Followed up with 2×50 Alternating Kettlebell Swings and then Kung Fu class.
I am still split between Shao Fu Yen Chuan and TaiZu Chin Chuan for the upcoming Sunflower Games???
    Any thoughts!
I will be doing BaJi Darn Dao for my traditional weapon and may decide to enter Free Form Weapons and do Whip Chain.
May the Lord bless you and your house hold.
