If you haven’t integrated kettlebell training with your Martial Arts you are really cheating yourself.
For the past several years I have been using standard and adapted Kettlebell movements to enhance specific movements and techniques with great success. The benefitts have been fantastic especially in areas of gripping strength, stance strength/stability and my throws have become much stronger.
