Alright I enjoy baking and cooking as well as Theology and fitness. Unfortunately our oven recently bailed on us so until I can get it repaired it’s all microwave, stove top, and no bake.
To that end here is a fantastic no bake snack I found on Penterest the other day.
1-Cup Oatmeal (old fashioned)
1/2 Cup Peanut butter or other nut butter.
1/3 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Flax seed or Wheat germ
1/2 Cup chocolate, Butterscotch, Mint, Peanutbutter OR other baking chips.
2/3 Cup Toasted Coconut
1/4 Cup finely chopped nuts. (I like almonds)
1 tsp Vanilla
Alright that’s all. Now mix it up really well place it in the fridge for an hour or so and then roll it into 1-inch or so balls.
